Monrovia, Liberia – May 22, 2025 – The newly established Rudolph Group of Companies Inc. has officially been registered as a for-profit corporation under Liberian law, setting the stage for an ambitious drive toward national and continental development.

The company’s registration was finalized through the Liberia Business Registry (LBR), in accordance with the Liberian Code of Laws Revised, Volume II, Title 5 – The Associations Law. The process also received validation from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Finance, and the National Social Security and Welfare Corporation (NASSCORP).

Led by Bishop Professor Rudolph Q. Kwanue Sr., PhD, a renowned educator and development advocate, the corporation aims to be a transformative force in Liberia and across Africa by investing in people, infrastructure, and innovation.
