In a major step toward improving the lives of residents in District #5, Bong County, Representative Hon. Eugine JM. Kollie has announced the commencement of significant road construction and community development initiatives. Speaking at a community meeting in Beletanac Clan on Monday, Hon. Kollie unveiled plans to open major roads within the district, in collaboration with Hon
Musa Hassan Bility, a prominent figure in Nimba County district#7 representative. The lawmaker also broke ground for the construction of an eight-bundle of zinc town hall for the people of the district, signaling a commitment to enhancing community infrastructure.
In addition to these development projects, Hon. Kollie awarded 60 scholarships to students from the district, enabling them to pursue further studies outside the area. This gesture, aimed at promoting education and future leadership, was met with widespread appreciation from the community.
Youth Leader Expresses Gratitude
The district’s youth president expressed deep gratitude to Hon. Kollie for his continuous support of young people in the region. “We are happy to have such a God-sent lawmaker who always thinks of the well-being of his people,” the youth leader stated.
