The workshop covered key legal and governance instruments, including the Public Financial Management Act, the Public Procurement and Concessions Act and SEAL internal policies and SOPs. Participants engaged in practical exercise and collaborative problem-solving, focusing on applying SOPs to real operational challenges and faced by BSE departments.
