Ganta City, Nimba county—-A young motorcyclist, 25-year-old Patrick Nagbe Jr., has been tragically killed by unknown assailants in the Glenyiluu community of Ganta City, Nimba County.
Patrick, originally from Sinoe County, had lived in Ganta for the past three years, working as a motorbike traffic operator. His lifeless body was discovered and later confirmed dead by the Liberia National Police (LNP).
The LNP’s Crime Service Division has initiated a thorough investigation, forming a 15-member coroner jury to probe the circumstances of the fatal shooting. Preliminary findings reveal that Patrick was shot at close range, suggesting a targeted attack.
Furthermore, it has been revealed that Patrick’s girlfriend is currently pregnant, a detail confirmed by his elder brother, Prince Nagbe.
The incident has left the Glenyiluu community in shock, with residents expressing deep concern over the violent act.
Authorities have urged anyone with information to come forward as investigations continue.
