Greenville, Sinoe County – The Sinoe County Administration has officially announced the commencement of a National Competitive Bidding (NCB) process for the rehabilitation of the Johnston Street Road Corridor in Greenville City.
The project, funded through the 2024 National Budget, aims to strengthen and upgrade the concrete pavement of this vital roadway.
The rehabilitation of Johnston Street is seen as a critical infrastructure initiative that will enhance transportation within Greenville City and improve overall road safety for residents and businesses.
According to the County Administration, the bidding process is open to qualified construction firms that meet the required standards. Interested bidders must demonstrate proven experience in similar road construction projects and possess the necessary financial capacity to successfully complete the project.
The bidding period officially began on October 9, 2024, and will close on November 4, 2024. The opening of bids is slated for November 5, 2024, and will take place in Greenville.
