The Liberia National Police has charge and forwarded to court suspect Peter Bon Jallah officer of the National Security Agency for the allege crime Statutory.
Defendant Jallah, Age: 63yrs was arrested on January 7, 2026 and investigated based on a complaint filed by madam Sattarus S. Kennedy in which she alleged that her 16yrs old son was sexually assaulted by the defendant.
The police report further revealed that the accident occurred at the defendant Air Field, Sinkor Sharks Community residence.
Complainant Kennedy also alleged that the victim was kidnapped and taken to an unknown house within the Camp Johnson road vicinity by the defendant where he was allegedly gang rape along with two others that are at large.
The police said during interview with the victim he narrated that he and defendant Peter Bon Jallah live in the same Air Field, Sinkor Sharks community where he often rendered domestic services to the defendant such as washing cars, sweeping the yard and washing floor, and defendant Jallah usually compensates him with money for recess.
Victim further averred that on January 1″, 2025 new Year’s Day he participated in a football league on the Kpelle Town Football Field, and after the game, why on his way, he saw defendant Jallah in front of his fence and the defendant asked him the victim why he didn’t asked him defendant Jallah to buy football boot for him and he told the defendant that he forgot.
He further narrated that the defendant told him that he should go take bath and come back to the defendant’s house so that the defendant takes him out to buy a pair of boot for him.
According to the victim, he went home, took his bath, came back, entered the defendant’s fence and waited for defendant Jallah to take his bath so the both of them can leave.
In addition, victim A.H.B.A revealed that prior to the Gang Rape abused perpetrated by defendant Bon Jallah and accomplices on January 1, 2026 to January 3, 2026, defendant Peter Bon Jallah sexually abused (raped) him at his Air Field, Sinkor residence on two occasions.
First on November 29, 2025 in defendant’s bedroom while the victim went to rendered services. And the second time was on December 24, 2025 in defendant Bon Jallah daughter’s room while also rendering services.
The police investigation however revealed that the victim and defendant Peter Bon Jallah has been in contact with each other at his Air Field resident on numeral occasion contrary to the defendant assertion that the he has never ever come in contact with the victim.
That the victim description of the defendant’s compound and house corroborated during the scene visitation; and that defendant Peter Bon Jallah also owns a property on Camp Johnson Road.
The police investigation concluded by saying that ‘’In view of the aforementioned statements, facts and evidence obtained during interview, interrogation, and investigation there and then establishing “probable cause”, WACPS investigators have resolved to Charge Defendants Peter Bon Jallah and others to be identified with the crime GANG RAPE.
